This holiday, enjoy an 100% pasture-raised heritage breed New Hampshire pork roast from Short Creek Farm in Northwood. With no added hormones, no routine antibiotics, and 100% vegetarian fed off of native clovers and local grain, you'll wow your fellow diners with unparalleled taste. 

Best served rubbed down with kosher salt, ground black pepper,  and fennel seed or, if you're not into fennel, coarse whole grain mustard and lemon zest. Cooked low and slow (around 250-275 degrees F) until the internal temp reaches 145-150 degrees F, then finished at 450 degrees F until well browned. We recommend one pound per guest.  

Holiday meats are available for pick-up anytime during farm stand hours starting Thursday, March 28th through Easter Sunday, March 31st. 

Please note: The store will be closing at 4:00pm on Easter Sunday.

This price reflects a DEPOSIT ($10.99/lb). Final price will be calculated at day of pick-up.
